Course Details

The Interior Design Program at Collins College lets students pursue effective design concepts through experimenting with the different design principles such as light, color, balancing, texture, textiles, and proportion. The experimentation will be integrated in the general and advanced design education that focuses on two design concentrations: residential and commercial.

Through a diverse list of courses such as Histories of Interiors & Architecture, Drafting, and Drawing for Interior Design, among others, graduates of the course will be able to develop a strong design portfolio that shows their excellent design fundamental learned from the program. With this, graduates will be able to apply to entry-level position as interior designers or CAD drafters.
