The program is established to teach how to manage interior spaces and plan for the appropriate designs to be imposed on the area. Through the exploration of various design principles, students will be exposed on how great designers: - Improve the value of commercial spaces
- Increase well-being and productivity of individuals working in the space
- Develop exhilarating designs for hotels, restaurants, private homes, and the like
Admission Requirements
Prospective students of the course can apply on the website via the Apply Now page. They will have to fill out the form with details and information required in the selection process of the course.
Accepted applicants who are currently experiencing financial difficulties can apply for financial aid. Students can select from numerous financial options such as free federal and state grants, veteran’s benefits, low-interest loans, and scholarships. Flexible payment for tuition is also accepted in the program.
Course Details
The Interior Design Program at Sullivan College of Technology and Design teaches students not only the education that provides the backbone on pursuing a design practice, but also how to use different design tools, which will allow them to finish design tasks effectively and efficiently.
Graduates of the program are eligible to apply for different design job opportunities such as bath and kitchen designers, facilities managers, space planning directors, and CADD directors, and others.
Of course, there is life outside the program as students are exposed to the college experience by having opportunities to meet mentors, build camaraderie among other students, earn awards from different competitions, and become acquainted to companies and firms that will hire them after they graduate.
